The Family Advocate Case Manager at First-Presbyterian-Church Dallas partners with the Manager of Children, Youth, and Family Programs to lead community programs, provide case management, and support family stability and engagement.

You will coordinate ESL classes, parent education, and partnership development, manage schedules, and ensure data and deadlines are met while maintaining a trauma-informed approach for clients.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Social Work or equivalent field.
• Four- five years' experience working with children, youth and families in case management.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Ability to instruct and manage program services effectively.
• A self-starter with strong organization and time management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead individual and family programs including case management and family stability.
• Schedule ESL teachers and childcare staff; coordinate with agency partners and volunteers.
• Develop curriculum, manage partnerships, and attend community coalition meetings.
• Maintain administrative tasks: check requests, scheduling, statistics, and deadlines.
• Oversee database management and project logistics for on-site and off-site events.
