Job summary

The Family Place in Dallas is seeking a Bilingual Case Manager to provide comprehensive case management and crisis intervention for adult and child survivors of domestic violence experiencing homelessness. You will develop individualized service plans and coordinate housing, legal, and community referrals.

This role requires trauma-informed care, strong de-escalation skills, and the ability to work with diverse families, including evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 1–2 years crisis intervention or domestic violence experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management, housing, employment, legal, and medical referrals.
• Coordinate family case management meetings twice a month.
• Complete intake/orientation and discuss safety planning with clients.
• Document weekly observations of children in the family unit.
• Maintain confidential client records in databases and reports.
• Lead group sessions using CBT, psycho-educational, or client-centered approaches.
• Respond to emergencies with de-escalation and conflict resolution.
