Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with coursework in social science research.
• Experience with data entry and report writing support.
• Experience with human services populations; Latino population experience.
• Familiarity with major database programs; ability to work with numbers.
• Bilingual preferred: English-Spanish; strong cross-cultural communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementation and tracking for local evaluation.
• Provide timely collection of TRAC/NOMS and local evaluation data to Internal Evaluation Specialist.
• Complete data entry of evaluation data.
• Follow confidentiality/HIPAA guidelines.
• Track admissions and determine client eligibility for grant purposes.
• Admit clients into grants and track throughout continuum of care.
• Gather SUPRT data and other datasets at admission and discharge.
• Conduct 6-month follow-up interviews with clients.
• Enter datasets into SPARS and other databases at admission, discharge, and follow-up.
• Provide data reports for quarterly and annual reports.
