Job summary

America's Got Soccer is seeking a Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our in-office sales team in a role focused on building relationships with families, driving growth, and closing enrollments. You will conduct high-volume outreach, manage a robust sales pipeline, and collaborate with operations and program teams to deliver outstanding experiences for kids and families.

Qualifications

• Strong competitive drive and goal-oriented mindset.
• Sales instincts or experience closing programs.
• Comfortable generating leads and outreach (phone, email, in-person).
• Ability to build rapport with families and guide to best-fit programs.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Team player who can work autonomously.
• Complete Culture Index and Skills game assessments (5 minutes each) before/after applying.

Responsibilities

• Drive enrollment growth through high-volume calls and follow-ups.
• Convert inquiries into registrations for camps, leagues, and programs.
• Generate leads and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
• Maintain CRM records of all interactions.
• Build strong relationships with families and understand needs.
• Present program offerings and close enrollments.
• Collaborate with operations and program teams.
