Job summary

• Be a Team Hub Expert by managing and updating products in the Team Hub system and provide feedback
• Collaborate with Sales to support inventory checks, order processing, and follow-ups
• Handle key transactions including credit memos, refunds, payments, and promotional/store orders

Fluent English and Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply. In this role, your ability to communicate with customers in both languages will help create an exceptional experience for teams, clubs, players, and families.

This isn’t your typical customer service role. You’ll be at the heart of a fast-paced sports environment where your passion for the game, communication skills, and commitment to great service help soccer teams and clubs succeed both on and off the field.

What You’ll Do

As a key member of our team, you’ll help create a seamless and positive experience for our customers:
