Camp Bob Waldorf, a program of Jewish Big Brothers Big Sisters of Los Angeles (JBBBSLA), seeks a Registration and Outreach Associate to recruit campers, engage families, and manage enrollment. Responsibilities include guiding families through enrollment, forming community partnerships, and ensuring clear communication in Spanish and English.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationship-focused, and committed to expanding access to camp experiences for youth in Greater Los Angeles.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, families, and enrollment processes simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills with families, community partners and youth.
• Willingness to communicate with empathy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Lead camper recruitment and community outreach with schools and partners.
• Support families through the camper application, enrollment, and registration process.
• Maintain camper enrollment records and reports; monitor waitlists and capacity.
• Collaborate with camp leadership and other departments for program coordination.
• Communicate with families in both Spanish and English, ensuring a welcoming experience.
