The ideal candidate will be organized, relationship-driven, and comfortable communicating in Spanish and English to expand access to camp experiences for youth in Greater Los Angeles. This is a year-round, in-person position.

Qualifikationen

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, families, and enrollment processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with families, partners, and youth.
