Job summary

Tradier Inc. in Charlotte, NC seeks a brokerage client services professional to provide top-tier service to Registered Investment Advisors and self-directed trading clients.

The role involves handling inbound inquiries, assisting with accounts paperwork, and coordinating with the clearing firm to resolve issues. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in brokerage or banking customer service, strong Excel/Word skills, and relevant licenses (SIE, Series 7, 63) are preferred.

Qualifications

• Brokerage or banking customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel and Word required.
• SIE, Series 7 and 63 licenses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound client correspondence in a timely, efficient and polite manner - in both English and Spanish.
• Answer questions regarding new accounts paperwork or customer service inquiries.
• Manage customer platform requests and update the CRM database.
• Act as liaison between the Registered Investment Advisor, the client and the clearing firm.
• Maintain customer databases and notes.
• Work with the clearing firm to resolve issues.
• Provide coverage in other departments as needed.
• Perform various brokerage functions and administrative duties.
• Collaborate effectively with all departments in a team environment.
