Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking an Associate, Bilingual Client Services Representative to service international and domestic clients with a full range of trading and servicing needs. You will work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment to assist with trading stocks, ETFs, mutual funds and options in addition to general account servicing inquiries.

The role requires Spanish fluency in addition to English, Series 7/63 or the ability to obtain them, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and speak Spanish in addition to English.
• Series 7 & 63 licenses or ability to obtain them during training.
• Strong verbal and written communication to build client trust.
• Available for structured schedule including breaks per business needs.
• Positive attitude, ethics, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve international and domestic clients with trading and account services.
• Assist with stocks, ETFs, mutual funds and options.
• Handle general servicing inquiries and translate documents as needed.
• Provide support in Stock Plan Services for evening/overnight shifts.
