• Availability for evening/weekend work and multi-day travel to support outreach events.
• Experience with CRM platforms and lead management tools.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement student recruitment strategies to meet enrollment goals.
• Serve as a point of contact for prospective families and promote academic programs.
• Direct outreach strategy execution and monitor engagement and enrollment documentation.
• Ensure data integrity and audit readiness through oversight and analysis.
• Report to the Vice President, Business Relations or designee.
