Jonus Group is seeking a Bilingual Employee Benefits Service Representative in Irvine, CA. This role supports clients, employees, and internal teams, with a strong focus on Spanish-language service and benefits platforms.

You will respond to routine requests, manage eligibility, ID cards, and benefit portal access, process life events, handle billing issues, and support open enrollment. The position is hybrid, with remote work on Mondays and Fridays and in-office collaboration Tue–Thu.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish required.
• Minimum 2 years in employee benefits or related field.
• Life & Health (L&H) license required.
• Experience with benefits platforms (Ease, Employee Navigator, Benefit Point).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a frontline service resource for Employee Benefits clients, employees, and internal team members.
• Respond to routine service requests related to eligibility, ID cards, benefit portals, providers, and claims support.
• Process adds, terminations, and qualifying life events in carrier and benefits administration systems.
• Track service cases, maintain documentation, and follow through to resolution.
• Assist with billing discrepancies, eligibility updates, and carrier follow-up.
• Support open enrollment logistics, employee communications, and benefit-related inquiries.

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bilingual Employee Benefits Service Representative to join a Employee Benefits team. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional service to clients, employees, and internal team members. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish, possess a strong understanding of employee benefits platforms, and have a passion for delivering outstanding client support. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work from home on Mondays and Fridays, with in-office collaboration on Tuesdays through Thursdays.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $62,000 - $80,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package.
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid schedule (Monday & Friday remote, Tuesday-Thursday in-office).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with small to mid-sized group accounts (2-500 lives).
• Familiarity with open enrollment processes and benefits administration systems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
