Job summary

Grow Public Schools is seeking an Expanded Learning Opportunity Program (ELOP) Administrative Associate to support daily administrative operations of the program, under the Program Lead and Senior Manager of Programs Improvement.

The role emphasizes communication with families and staff, enrollment data entry, event support, and onboarding assistance, with occasional classroom coverage when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus 2 years of college or school/afterschool experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge of different educational software is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the ELOP Leadership team as the point of contact for community members, future parents, and staff.
• Assist with student enrollment, including collecting paperwork and entering information into the student database.
• Assist in managing the student database with ongoing data entry.
• Support office team in maintaining records and data for required reports.
• Help host events such as parent information sessions during recruitment and open enrollment.
• Assist in recruitment events and interviews and serve as onboarding contact.
• Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and bulletins; translate documents as needed.
• Occasionally cover classroom activities if an activity leader is absent.
