Job summary

HeyTutor Inc. is seeking a Spanish bilingual ELOP Support Staff to assist K–8 students during the school day and after-school transitions. The role involves supervising students, supporting case management for student-athletes, and providing homework/tutoring help during the off season. A background check will be conducted in person.

This opportunity supports ELOP activities, athletics, and various program operations, with a schedule that includes after-school hours and events as needed.

Qualifications

• AA degree in Education, Child Development, or related field.
• Experience with K–8 students in classroom or tutoring.
• Spanish bilingual required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to pass in-person background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support for ELOP, answer phones, greet visitors.
• Manage enrollment, attendance records, and sign-in/out sheets.
• Support compliance: forms, field trips, contracts, and documentation.
• Assist with case management and tutoring, tracking progress.
• Liaise with families, coordinate events and communications.
• Supervise students during transitions and after-school periods.
