The position is remote but requires residence within 50 miles of McAllen, TX. Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least six months of customer service experience, and must obtain a Moderate Risk Public

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 6 months of customer service experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Must be able to obtain Moderate Risk Public Trust (5C) suitability determination and complete required background investigations.

Responsabilités

• Provides customer service for basic and routine inquiries via telephone, emails, web chats, or written letters.
• Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting.
• Provides feedback on call trends, processes, procedures, and training.
