Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 6 months of customer service experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Moderate Risk Public Trust suitability determination, including background checks.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound customer service for FEHB/PSHB enrollment inquiries via phone, email, or web channels.
• Explain dependent eligibility verification requirements and document submission deadlines.
• Assist enrollees with Portal access, login issues, and document uploads using approved resources.
• Authenticate callers and protect PII/PHI; document interactions accurately in the FEHB portal.
• Escalate complex questions and monitor call quality and adherence to procedures.
