Job summary

Maximus is seeking a bilingual eligibility verification specialist to support FEHB/PSHB programs for enrollees. The CSR II will handle inbound calls in English and Spanish, assist with portal access, document submission, and navigation of program resources.

The role requires masking of PII/PHI per privacy rules and accurate documentation in the FEHB Portal. Remote work is allowed within 50 miles of McAllen, TX and contingent on contract award.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 6 months of customer service experience.
• Must be fluent in English and specified secondary language.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Moderate Risk Public Trust (5C) suitability determination.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service for basic and routine inquiries and problems via multiple channels (phone, email, web chat, mail).
• Calls are predominantly routine but may deviate from scripts.
• Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting.
• Provides feedback on call trends, processes, procedures, and training.
• Escalates complex questions and requests per approved procedures.
