Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• High School diploma or equivalent with 6 months of customer service experience.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible for 5C background investigation.
• Remote role within 50 miles of McAllen, TX.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service for basic and routine inquiries via telephone, email, web chat, or written letters.
• Handle routine calls and reference approved screens, scripts, and procedures.
• Use computerized systems to track information, troubleshoot, and document interactions.
• Escalate complex questions and language requests per procedures.
• Assist enrollees with Portal access, login issues, and document submission.
• Authenticate callers before sharing case information and protect PII/PHI.
