Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 6 months of customer service experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Ability to obtain Moderate Risk Public Trust clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Provide bilingual inbound customer service for FEHB/PSHB enrollees.
• Assist with Portal access, login issues, and document uploads.
• Authenticate callers and protect PII/PHI.
