Job summary

Positive Development in Ventura County is hiring a Bilingual Early Intervention Specialist (English/Spanish) to provide in-home EI services across Ventura and surrounding areas. This part-time role offers flexible daytime hours, typically Mon-Fri between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with travel required to families' homes.

The specialist will deliver direct clinical work, supervise as needed, and serve as the main case manager under supervision.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field; Master's preferred.
• Experience with children birth to 3 years and EI/DRBI knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Carry out home EI sessions tailored to the child under supervision.
• Provide services in Spanish when preferred by family.
• Train in and perform DAY-C evaluations.
• Write assessments and clinical notes for cases.
• Coordinate scheduling and logistics with families.
• Attend monthly staff meetings and trainings.
