Job summary

Mentor Community Services, part of Sevita, seeks an Early Intervention Specialist - Therapeutic to provide in-home services for infants and toddlers with developmental delays in the Victorville area. This part-time role offers $21.30 per hour plus mileage reimbursement and potential to grow to full time based on caseload and availability.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in health/human services or have related experience; a CA driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health/human services-related major required.
• Experience or volunteering with children may substitute college years as described.
• Must have a CA driver’s license and valid vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and provide weekly in-home early educational services for infants/toddlers with disabilities.
• Administer and document program assessments and updates to meet timelines.
• Design and adapt activities for language, cognitive, motor, sensory, self-help, and social development for each child.
