Job summary

North Bay Regional Center in California seeks an Early Intervention Service Coordinator to provide intake and ongoing assessments for infants and toddlers and to develop an Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP).

You will coordinate services, support families, and participate in IFSP reviews every six months, with bilingual English/Spanish required to assist diverse families. Hybrid in-office work with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Must have a master’s degree in social work or related field.
• Credentialed Speech Pathologist or Nurse with PHN/PNP and three years experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with two years’ experience in NBRC or another California Regional Center.
• Knowledge of early childhood development.

Responsibilities

• Provide intake and ongoing assessments for infants and toddlers 0–3 years old.
• Coordinate services and develop an IFSP with families.
• Participate in six-month or more frequent IFSP reviews.
• Assist families in accessing services and transition planning.
• Bilingual: English/Spanish required.
