Job summary

North Bay Regional Center seeks an Early Intervention Service Coordinator to assess infants and toddlers (0–3) and coordinate services under California Early Start mandates.

You will develop IFSPs, participate in periodic reviews, and liaise with families and community partners to enhance child development and family capacity. Bilingual English/Spanish is required, and a master’s in social work or related field with relevant credentialing is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have a master’s degree in social work or related field from an accredited university.
• Credentialed Speech Pathologist or Nurse with a PHN/PNP certification and three years of experience in working with children in early intervention agencies and resources.
• Or a bachelor’s degree with two years’ experience in a professional position at NBRC with child case carrying responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide intake and ongoing assessments of infants and toddlers (0–3) eligible for Early Intervention Services.
• Develop an Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) and conduct six-month reviews.
• Coordinate resources and act as liaison with community organizations serving high-risk populations.
• Participate in transition services for toddlers and outreach activities.
