Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, human development, sociology, public health nursing, or a related field.
• At least one year of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or related field.
• Mandarin proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate services for children aged 3–6 with developmental disabilities.
• Develop and implement Individual Family Service Plans (IFSP).
• Document service plans and progress within required timelines.
• Collaborate with families, regional center, and community resources.
• Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with families and agencies.
