Job summary

Samaritan's Purse in Coppell, TX is seeking a Donor Ministries Representative (Bilingual). You will interface with donors, manage inquiries, and assist with events while maintaining donor records and confidentiality. This role requires proficiency with multiple donor systems and a strong Christian witness.

Responsibilities include outbound calls, email triage, and collaboration with internal teams. The position is full-time, on-site, and based in Coppell with a 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST schedule.

Qualifications

• Four-year college or university program degree and one (1) to two (2) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• This position requires the ability to work with accuracy, confidentiality, insight and professionalism for contact with donors and other departments
• This role requires proficiency in ten different software systems to troubleshoot and resolve donation issues and to collaborate with other departments (Donor Studio, Pay Conex, Webservices, Avaya, Workfront, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, and multiple web browsers)
• Position requires being bilingual in English and Spanish

Responsibilities

• Maintain a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ and be a consistent witness for Jesus Christ
• Interface with donors and the general public
• Make outbound calls
• Read, sort, and respond to emails in the info, giving, E-Update and projects inbox
• Assist with donor events as ministry representative
• Process completed outgoing correspondence for department including quality checking and documentation in donor records
• Other duties as assigned
