Job summary

Samaritan's Purse in North Wilkesboro, NC, seeks a Donor Response Supervisor to lead our Donor Ministries team. You will oversee day-to-day activities of representatives and seasonal staff, and ensure high-quality donor interactions.

The role requires a bachelor's degree with five years of management experience, strong customer service, and solid communications skills. You will schedule staffing, monitor call quality, and support a culture of compassionate ministry.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree plus five years of management experience or equivalent.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Oral and written communication skills.
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day activities of representatives and seasonal associate staff.
Receive and resolve escalated calls from within the team.
Build a healthy culture and unity among the team.
Manage and schedule staffing to ensure optimal coverage throughout the year.
Monitor and audit the quality of phone calls, emails, and written correspondence.

We are seeking a Donor Response Supervisor to join our Donor Ministries team in North Wilkesboro, NC. Through humanitarian work, the goal and purpose of Samaritan's Purse are to help people in Jesus' name and share the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Maintain a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ and is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ
Supervise day-to-day activities of representatives and seasonal associate staff.
Receive and resolve escalated calls from within the team.
Build a healthy culture and unity among the team.
Manage and schedule staffing to ensure optimal coverage throughout the year.
Monitor and audit the quality of phone calls, emails, and written correspondence.
Other duties as assigned

What are the qualifications?

Serve with Excellence

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) with five (5) years management experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Exceptional customer service skills
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
Ability to take initiatives and ensure job duties are completed timely and accurately
Ability to respond to a changing work environment with changing priorities
Oral and written communication skills
12 credit hours of college-level Biblical Studies preferred, not required
