Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish languages with strong communication skills.
• Experience in disputes, fraud, or banking preferred.
• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsabilités

• File dispute claims accurately and per policy, capturing account and transaction data.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and dispute filings using bank systems.
• Perform initial risk assessment under UCC and Reg E/Z to balance experience and accuracy.
• Escalate concerns to leadership and advise on policy improvements.
• Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and ownership.
• Follow training and guidelines, referring exceptions to supervisor.
