Qualifications

One to three years of experience in Disputes, Fraud, Banking, or related field preferred.
Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
Fluent in English and Spanish languages.

Responsibilities

Dispute Filing: accurately file dispute claims per bank policies and regulatory requirements.
Documentation: maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and dispute filings using various systems.
Risk Assessment and Compliance: perform initial risk assessment of data involving UCC, Reg E/Z, to balance experience and accuracy.
Escalation: escalate complaints to leadership and suggest policy/process improvements.
Customer Service: provide excellent service, project confidence, and resolve issues promptly.
Training and Guidelines: follow training and guidelines and refer exceptions to Supervisor/Manager.
