Responsibilities

• Dispute Filing: accurately file dispute claims per bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Documentation: maintain detailed records of customer interactions and filings.
• Risk Assessment and Compliance: perform initial risk assessment per UCC, Reg E/Z.
• Escalation: escalate trends/issues to leadership and suggest policy improvements.
• Customer Service: provide excellent service and resolve issues promptly.
• Training and Guidelines: follow training and refer complex cases to supervisor.
