• Excellent telephone communication skills are essential.
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish languages.

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer calls in a professional, courteous manner, using English and Spanish.

• Handle some complex customer inquiries in areas of expertise.
• Engage with customers to resolve issues during the call and follow up as needed.
