The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication and availability Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. You will create daily schedules, track start times, and maintain routing accuracy while coordinating with drivers and customers to ensure timely service and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the transportation movements of technicians.
• Keep track of drivers' schedules as they change throughout the day.
• Maintain technicians' start and departure times.
• Maintain a matrix with routes, start location, tools and qualifications to assign calls.
• Interact with drivers daily and respond to special requests from customers.
• Order parts for special orders and manage vacation, sick and weekend schedules.
• Forecast workload for 2–3 days out and adjust daily schedules for emergencies.
• Follow up on pending/recommended work and update customer records.
