Job summary

Real Floors, Inc. is seeking a bilingual dispatcher to oversee subcontracted flooring installers. The role focuses on dispatching work orders, processing inspections and deliveries, and supporting installers during installations.

You will interact with sales, operations, warehouse, billing and QA to ensure a positive customer experience. Fluency in English and Spanish is required; prior phone-based customer service and data entry experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
• 2+ years of phone-based customer support preferred.
• Accurate data entry while engaging in phone conversations.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated and organized.
• Proficient in email communication.
• Experience with Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets and Shared Drive is a plus.
• Flooring industry experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch subcontractor work orders to installers.
• Process inspections and deliveries.
• Support subcontractors during installations.
• Review payroll sheets for accuracy.
• Resolve work order issues with contractors and teams.
• Leverage product knowledge to satisfy customers.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, warehouse, billing and QA.
