Job summary

Compass Connections is seeking a Digital Archivist to manage and maintain our digital archiving system at the Cameron facility in Los Fresnos, TX. The role requires fluency in English and Spanish, a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), and 2+ years of related experience.

CPR and first aid certifications are required. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with comprehensive benefits starting on day one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• First aid and CPR certifications.
• Two+ years of related experience; four+ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a comprehensive digital archiving system and locate/retrieve information as directed.
• Receive, track and respond to high volume inquiries for stored records.
• Process raw images using appropriate software.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation per policies and contracts.
• Meet deadlines set by supervisor and federal partners.
• Other duties as assigned.
