Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two or more years of related experience required; four+ preferred.
• First aid and CPR certifications required.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Meet federal and state guidelines applicable to this position.
• Participate in scheduled meetings, in-service training and team decisions.
• Maintain professional and ethical standards per the employee handbook and dress code.
• Maintain confidentiality in all areas of child and program operations.
• Communicate effectively with staff, vendors, and regulatory staff.
• Compile and maintain accurate records, forms, statistics, and documentation per policies and contracts.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with policies.
• Work with staff and community partners while upholding Compass Connections standards.
