Job summary

Qualifications

• First aid, CPR, and emergency behavior intervention certifications required.
• One year of related experience; two+ years preferred.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Meet all federal and state regulatory guidelines applicable to this position.
• Maintain contractor records and bookkeeping data consistent with program requirements.
• Supervise logistics staff at each facility.
• Generate weekly work order reports and track progress (completed, in progress, overdue).
• Maintain a filing and tracking system for building inspection records.
• Create and submit purchase requisitions, receipts, and invoices per Compass Connections timeline.
• Maintain purchase order logs and handle travel/expense reporting as required.
• Participate in scheduled meetings and team decisions.
• Implement safety protocols including evacuating with children and staff in emergencies.
• Work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards.
