Part-time with potential for full-time, requiring bilingual skills (Spanish or Portuguese) and afternoon/saturday availability.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese.
• Customer Service experience.
• Dental Receptionist experience required.
• Dentrix or Eaglesoft experience preferred.
• Full-time availability with rotating Saturday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Verify dental benefits accurately.
• Maintain detailed patient records in a fast-paced environment.
• Collect payments, co-payments, and deductibles.
• Create insurance claims and submit pre-authorizations to insurers promptly.
• Pull patient charts for future appointments when needed.
• Assist with presenting and/or explaining treatment plans.
