Qualifications
- Experience in customer service.
- Familiarity with Dentrix or Eaglesoft.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language preferred.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a high level of customer service at all times.
- Schedule patient appointments per month and meet daily goals.
- Answer phones and confirm appointments.
- Greet and check-in patients.
- Accurately verify dental benefits.
- Maintain detailed patient records in a fast-paced environment.
- Collect payments, co-pays, and deductibles.
- Create insurance claims and submit pre-authorizations to insurance companies.
- Pull patient charts for future appointments as needed.
- Maintain a clean and professional office environment.
- Assist with presenting and/or explaining treatment plans.
