Sonrava is seeking a friendly and professional receptionist to be the face of our dental practice. You will greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, and maintain the front-desk flow within a brand-new, modern facility. The role supports marketing initiatives and patient growth while ensuring a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• Some training or experience in using multi-line phones and computers.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly upon arrival and departure.
• Answer questions or concerns according to company policies.
• Answering telephones and scheduling appointments.
• Maintain appointment book and confirm appointments.
• Follow up on no-shows/cancellations and register patients on sign-in sheet.
• Chart filling and basic cash handling.
• Keep waiting area clean and welcoming.
• Support local marketing initiatives for brand awareness and patient growth.
