St. Jude Neighborhood Health Centers seeks a Dental Receptionist for our Mobile Dental Clinic in Hesperia. The role handles patient intake, scheduling, and front-desk support to underserved communities.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, BLS certification, and 3 months cash handling; bilingual English/Spanish is required. EPIC EMR experience is a plus, with on-site clinic duties and mobile driving as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with medical/dental scheduling systems preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English and Spanish.
• Cash handling experience (at least 3 months).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients at the Mobile Dental Clinic.
• Answer phones and respond to general questions.
• Greet patients and provide excellent customer service.
• Schedule patients and assist with forms and insurance/fees questions.
