St. Jude Neighborhood Health Centers is seeking a Dental Receptionist for our Mobile Dental Clinic based in Hesperia. You will be the first point of contact, greet patients, answer questions, schedule appointments and assist with forms, while updating electronic records in EPIC EMR.

Ideal candidates are bilingual in English and Spanish, customer-focused, with cash handling experience and comfort using Word, Excel, and Outlook. Driving the mobile clinic is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish; able to read, write and speak both without an interpreter.
• Experience in patient-facing role in healthcare; cash handling experience.
• Proficient with common office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to schedule appointments and assist with forms; familiarity with EMR systems.

Responsabilités

• Answer phones and greet patients; provide excellent customer service.
• Schedule patients and assist with forms; resolve appointment or insurance questions.
• Update patient information in EMR and gather relevant dental records.
• Connect patients to dental providers and coordinate with Off Site Partners as needed.
