4M Dental Implant Center in Murrieta is seeking a bilingual Front Desk & Backup Treatment Coordinator to ensure an exceptional patient experience from the first phone call to treatment completion.

The ideal candidate will manage front office operations, assist in presenting treatment plans, coordinate with clinical staff, and support billing and insurance processes. This role offers a competitive hourly rate with commissions and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of dental front office experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Knowledge of dental terminology, insurance processes.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients with professionalism and warmth; manage check-in/check-out processes.
• Schedule and confirm appointments to optimize provider time.
• Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and route calls appropriately.
• Maintain accurate patient records in the practice management system.
• Collect payments, verify insurance, and handle billing inquiries.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and office confidentiality.
• Review treatment plans and discuss financial options with patients.
• Assist in preparing treatment estimates, insurance breakdowns, and financial arrangements.
• Follow up on pending treatment plans and scheduling.
• Coordinate with clinical staff for timely communication of treatment details.
• Educate patients about procedures, timelines, and expectations.
