This role manages front office operations, greets patients, schedules, verifies insurance, collects payments, and supports the Treatment Coordinator in presenting treatment plans.

This position travels between locations and requires English/Spanish bilingualism.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dental front office experience, preferably in implant or specialty practices.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients with professionalism and warmth.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, optimizing provider time.
• Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and route calls appropriately.
• Maintain accurate patient records in the practice management system.
• Collect and post payments, verify insurance, and handle billing inquiries.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
