Job summary

4M Dental Implant Center is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Dental Front Desk to join our team in our beautiful new state of the art location in Anaheim Hills, CA. This role is key to ensuring an exceptional patient experience, from the first phone call to the completion of treatment.

The ideal candidate will manage front office operations while providing backup support to the Treatment Coordinator in presenting treatment plans and facilitating patient care.

Qualifications

• 1 year of dental front office experience required.
• Experience with implant or specialty practice preferred.
• Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in dental software Dentrix or Eaglesoft.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients professionally.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Answer calls and route inquiries.
• Maintain patient records in the management system.
• Collect and post payments; verify insurance; handle billing inquiries.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with clinical and admin teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Contribute to a positive, patient-centered team environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
