Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Minimum 2 years dental front office experience; implant or specialty preferred.
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients professionally.
• Manage check-in/check-out and appointment scheduling.
• Verify insurance, collect payments, and handle billing inquiries.
• Maintain patient records in the practice management system.
• Review treatment plans and discuss financial options with patients as needed.
• Coordinate with clinical staff for timely communication of treatment details.
