Medical-Dental Clinic in Grandview, WA is seeking a Dental Receptionist to join our front desk team. The role is 0.9 FTE (36 hours/week) with a pay range of $17.57–$21.52/hour DOE.

You will handle calls, scheduling, patient data, insurance questions, and front-desk duties with a focus on patient experience. We offer 100% employer-paid health insurance (medical, dental, vision, Rx) with telemedicine, profit sharing, a 403(b) retirement plan, generous PTO and paid holidays.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• One year of clinic/dental/optometry experience is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required at a level 9.
• Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks with interruptions.
• Interact professionally with patients, Providers and staff.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare billing insurance preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Answer the phone, transfer calls and take messages for the clinic.
• Greet patients, log visits, and provide translation as needed.
• Collect patient data, create charts, and update records.
• Schedule appointments and manage cancellations/no-shows.
• Verify insurance eligibility and answer questions on plans.
• Handle billing tasks and end-of-day reports.
• Process referrals and manage recall communications.
• Ensure documentation is filed in patient records.
• Prepare treatment plan estimates and collect upfront fees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
