Job summary

Aldridge Pite Haan LLP in Georgia is seeking a Bilingual Debt Collector to join our team. A positive attitude and strong communication are essential as you handle inbound/outbound calls and negotiate payments.

You will adhere to FDCPA and client guidelines, handle at least 100 calls daily, and work in a team to resolve accounts while maintaining excellent attendance and bilingual English/Spanish fluency.

Qualifications

• 1 year collections experience preferred
• Learn FDCPA, client & internal guidelines for calls
• Good attendance is a must
• Fluent in English and Spanish (bilingual)
