Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year collections experience preferred
• Learn FDCPA, client & internal guidelines for calls
• Good attendance is a must
• Fluent in English and Spanish (bilingual)

Responsibilities

• Make/receive a minimum of 100 calls per day.
• Adhere to FDCPA, client and internal compliance guidelines on calls.
• Follow up with customers on broken payment arrangements and process payments.
• Negotiate acceptable payment arrangements and work in a team environment
