Base salary starts at $80,000 with an uncapped commission/bonus structure, aiming for an OTE around $175,000. Residence near the territory is required; bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in account management, sales, or business development in automotive lending/finance.
• Track record of professional growth with at least 2 years in most recent role.
• Hands-on auto finance or dealership AP/management experience.
• Willingness to travel six days a week and visit dealerships daily.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new dealership partners to expand the network and growth.
• Provide on-site dealer support to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Analyze market trends and competitive insights to guide strategy.
• Promote the brand through targeted outreach and consistent representation.
