Job summary

Lendbuzz in Virginia is seeking a Dealership Account Manager to expand our automotive finance network. You will visit dealerships daily, own your territory, and drive growth in a six-day work week.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in account management or sales, auto finance experience, and CRM proficiency. Bachelor's degree preferred; bilingual Spanish/Portuguese a plus. Competitive base with uncapped commissions and an OTE up to $175k.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in account management, sales, or business development.
• Hands-on auto finance or dealership account management experience preferred.
• Willingness to maintain a six‑day work week with daily in-person visits.
• Strong communicator and negotiator with proven relationship-building skills.
• CRM proficiency and valid driver's license required.
• Residence within or near the assigned territory; bilingual Spanish/Portuguese is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred.
