Job summary

Lendbuzz is seeking a Dealership Account Manager in Fall River, MA to expand our dealership network and manage on-site partnerships. You will visit dealerships daily, drive growth, and own your territory in a six-day work week.

Residence near the territory is required. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in account management or sales within automotive lending, with CRM experience (Salesforce/HubSpot) and a proven ability to build relationships and deliver results.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in account management, sales, or business development in automotive lending/finance.
• A track record of professional growth with at least 2 years in the most recent role.
• Hands-on auto finance or dealership account management experience; special finance valued.
• Willingness to maintain a six-day work week with daily in-person visits.
• Strong communicator and negotiator with trust-building ability.
• Analytical mindset to spot market opportunities and pivot strategies.
• Proactive problem-solver in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and independent working style.
• Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and full insurance.
• Customer-focused, organized, and committed to excellence.
• Residence near assigned territory.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business/Marketing/Finance.
• Bilingual Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
