Qualifications

• 2+ years in account management/sales/business development, preferably in automotive lending/finance.
• Demonstrated professional growth with at least 2 years in the most recent role.
• Hands-on auto finance or dealership account management experience; special finance exposure valued.
• Ability to sustain a six-day work week with daily in-person dealership visits.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset to spot market opportunities and adjust strategies.
